Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 5-15 business days from the time your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

Where we ship
We ship to customers worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, enter your shipping address at checkout to see your delivery options before you pay.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it anytime from the "Track your order" section in our main menu. Just enter your order details to see the latest status.

Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, your local customs office may charge duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Shipping delays
5-15 business days is our standard delivery estimate. On rare occasions, delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues can push delivery past this window. We'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, we're unable to modify the address, so an incorrect entry may delay or prevent delivery.
