Will these fit my shoes?
Yes. HeelFit™ is a universal fit — it works in sneakers, dress shoes, flats, boots, loafers and heels, for both men and women. There is no size to choose.
How do I put them in?
Peel the backing, press the grip against the inside back of your shoe, and hold for a few seconds. About 10 seconds per shoe. No tools, nothing to trim.
Will they actually stop my heel slipping?
That is exactly what they are built for. The textured grip holds the back of your heel while the cushion takes up the extra space, so the shoe moves with your foot instead of against it. If your shoes are more than a full size too big, pair HeelFit™ with a full insole for the best result.
Can I wash them?
Yes. Rinse in warm water, air dry, and put them straight back in. The antibacterial mesh keeps them odor-free between washes.
